We’re approaching the last two months of the year so you know what that means… film nuts are getting prepared to come up with top 10 lists galore and with Oscar season fresh on the market, there’s still room for much more. One film that would definitely be reflected upon among many minds of film nuts and nerds would be Avengers: Infinity War. Whether or not you liked the film, you sure as hell took notice cause it was undoubtedly the film event of the year and it looks like even Empire magazine knows that.
The subscriber’s cover of Empire’s year in review highlights Infinity War in an interesting yet simple manner and it looks pretty cool. It’s no big surprise cause the film is still discussed in anticipation for Avengers 4 that will be released next year. The film resonated with a ton of people much like another Marvel flick, Black Panther but it looks like Infinity War is in the spotlight.
Empire unveiled their latest subscriber’s cover for the upcoming “Review of the Year” issue which pays homage to the events in Infinity War. The cover features the Infinity Gauntlet against a white backdrop as Thanos snaps his fingers, turning the Empire logo into dust. This is pretty simple yet effective and it’s something that would no doubt capture the eyes of anyone who enjoyed the film. The film was the event of the summer and would likely be remembered as one of the best films in the MCU. By no means does this mean Infinity War is the best film of the year but it is one of the most memorable.
