Although we haven’t even gotten an official title for Avengers 4, it’s safe to say that the film is the most anticipated film of 2019. Set to be released on May 3, 2019, the film is undergoing re-shoots with plenty of the cast members from the previous films back and yes, even the ones that perished in Avengers: Infinity War. It’s pretty obvious that they’ll be back but it looks like we can add one more character to the list of people we’ll see in Avengers 4– Nebula.
Nebula played by Karen Gillan started off as a villain in the franchise having executed her adoptive father, Thanos’ orders. Eventually, fans grew to understand her character along with her resentment against Gamora and in Infinity War, it was revealed that she kept close contact with Gamora. So yeah, she’s good now and since Gamora is gone, she definitely has the closest connection to the Mad Titan and would seem like an integral asset to defeat Thanos in Avengers 4.
It definitely seems like she’s going to play a big part in Avengers 4 now that she’s back for re-shoots. Gillan teased a confrontation between her character and her father on Instagram. Check it out below:
Yeah, she’s back and it looks like Thanos better watch out. Avengers 4 is looking to be an epic one and after Infinity War, it’s going to be interesting to see how they top that one. Most of the Phase 1 Marvel heroes survived Infinity War so it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out together with Nebula. We’ll find out next summer.
