Samuel L. Jackson is one hell of a man in Hollywood and is one of the most prominent figures in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His role as Nick Fury in the MCU is one of the most integral aspects of the franchise having been the one to reunite the multitude of characters we see on screen. There’s a lot to say about Fury and it’s safe to say that his fate near the end of Avengers: Infinity War really struck a chord with fans.
His disintegration might or might not be the end of his time in the MCU as there have been reports of Jackson returning for additional shoots for Avengers 4 but whatever the case, we do have his card! Yep, Nick Fury has a business card and it looks pretty cool. Jackson took to Instagram to express some love for the character and possibly tease a little something pertaining to Avengers 4? maybe?
This looks like a pretty cool nod to the character, two characters actually. Nick Fury is iconic but not as iconic as Jules Winnfield from one the best films ever, Pulp Fiction. The latter is probably one of the reasons I’m holding off calling this a Nick Fury return tease. The “Bad Motherf–ker” position below his name definitely serves to reference the Tarantino flick and kind of shuts off any indication of the card being a tease pertaining to the character’s return which honestly is still likely despite all this.
Also, no way would the MCU go Rated-R like that so this business card is more for Jackson if anything else. Let’s not rule out anything just yet, maybe it is a nod and Avengers 4 will be Rated-R… of course it won’t but then again PG-13 films usually allow a limited number of f-bombs so there’s a possibility. Jackson could be teasing something relating to the MCU such as the the trailer or hell, the title but that’s all speculation. It could just be another Instagram post.
