If you love watching Charlize Theron kick serious ass, then The Old Guard looks like it’s gonna be a treat! Netflix and Skydance released a new trailer for their upcoming action film, which is based on a graphic novel of the same name by Greg Rucka and Leandro Fernandez. There are a number of things about the film that gets me excited. For one, the script is penned by Rucka himself, who of course understands the essence of the comic, considering he created it. Secondly, the film is helmed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, the woman behind Love & Basketball and Beyond the Lights, both of which are really good films.
