Unused Infinity War Concept Art Could End Up In Avengers: Endgame

The production of the third and fourth Avengers films was blended a lot.

Unused Avengers: Infinity War concept art may actually end up being used in Avengers: Endgame. The final two Avengers movies were shot back-to-back, and Marvel really began their marketing push back in February 2017, when they published the Avengers: Infinity War “Day One” video.

It was a featurette, that had Robert Downey Jr., Chris Pratt, and Tom Holland on the set of Avengers: Infinity War, and included interviews with Kevin Feige and the Russo brothers. This video also deatured a piece of concept art.

It shows Tony Stark stood in what appears to be a Hall of Armours, looking at a wide range of Iron Man suits. However, this idea didn’t fit with Tony Stark’s armour in Avengers: Infinity War at all, where he used nanotech to essentially create the ultimate, most versatile Iron Man armor to date. Also, the Hall of Armors was destroyed in Iron Man 3.

Time travel is certainly a theory that’s been thrown around frequently, when it comes to Avengers: Endgame. If that does happen to be the case, there’s no reason why the Hall of Armours can’t be revisited. Another reason this could be possible is because the LEGO playsets related to Avengers: Endgame have hinted that the Hall of Armors will be revisited in the fourth film, thus, raising the possibility that this particular piece of concept art was secretly for Avengers: Endgame all along.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Endgame is expected to star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Paul Rudd, Jeremy Renner, Brie Larson, Josh Brolin and Chris Pratt.

Fans will get to see if the heroes can tip the scales back in their favour when Avengers: Endgame premieres in theatres on April 26th.
