Rian Johnson is tired of this shit. Little is known about the future of Star Wars in regards to its presence on the big screen but we know that there are plans for the long-running film series. Game of Thrones co-creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss are apparently taking on a series of films but information on what would happen after Episode IX is relatively scarce nonetheless. However, we know that there has been word of an upcoming trilogy from The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson but even that is still somewhat shrouded in mystery along with some false information.
Recently, it was rumoured that Johnson would not be making a trilogy of films for the franchise to which he denied but now there has been some word that the trilogy will be G-Rated. A Star Wars film? G-Rated? Honestly, it’s not impossible but the films have been PG and PG-13 so this would really be something surprising. However, it is apparently untrue.
Well, Johnson didn’t directly refute this claim but he did post a GIF of Donald Duck on Twitter as a response to how he finds these numerous rumours. Check it out below:

We’re guessing Rian Johnson is pretty tired of being tagged in Star Wars related rumours especially false ones and the dude just wants a break. Not today Rian! Well, yeah… Maybe, he would react differently if the rumours are true but for now, we ain’t got much info on this new trilogy. Honestly, it wouldn’t be a surprise if we won’t even be getting a new trilogy from Johnson at the end of the day especially after the mixed fan reception of The Last Jedi. Then again, some people dug the film including myself… so *fingers crossed*.
